Setting goals means that you are acknowledging your limitations and you are ready to work your way up towards success, professionally or personally. This is why objective goals matter.
You have to consider that there are goals that are just too hard to achieve on your own. At times, these goals even create conflicts that you might think of surrendering in the long run. Take heart. Everybody have similar concerns at times. Consider that surrendering is the last option. Why not look for a partner, a friend, one who is willing to help you out with your goals?
